Dane is responsible for many of the most significant developments in Newcastle and surrounds. He has previously established a specialist project marketing business from the ground up, leading it to become the number one project and development business in the region. His extensive experience in development and project marketing covers a broad base across all facets of high density development.
Dane and his team have more experience implementing, launching and selling projects in Newcastle than any other agency. Dane has worked hand in hand with developer partners and their consultants to provide guidance and expertise on project design and launch, as well as ongoing advice through each specific stage to ensure that the project continues to meet, and push the market at every phase of the project.
Dane has been directly involved in over $2.5 billion dollars of end product sales off the plan, spanning across over 30 major projects in the city. Dane’s strategy at all times is focused on minimising risk and maximising returns.

Steven has a range of experience in land development projects. His Architecture and Construction degree provide a strong foundation for his advisory skills and experience in the planning phase of a new land subdivision.
He has also worked in the sales division and within building and design consultation roles for over six years across the project home industry. Steven’s detailed knowledge of the land sales and construction will be an asset to any land sales project.
